Our integrative wellness care begins with a comprehensive blood panel. Your complete report enables us to provide customized vitamins and supplements, tailored IV vitamin infusions, weight loss therapies, bio-identical hormone replacement, immunotherapy, genetic testing, body contouring, and additional therapies tailored to your specific needs.
Whether you are in need of boosting the immune system, energetic rebalancing, support from a registered dietitian, health coaching, a massage, facial, body contouring, or advanced aesthetics we have you covered. Meraki is here to help you radiate from the inside out!
The Meraki clinical team consists of MDs, Nurse Practitioner’s, Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, and Holistic Health Coaches.
We believe that each person deserves to be treated through a personalized wellness plan to achieve optimal results.
A 6 month program will provide enough time for our team to assess progress with the member and determine if additional months are warranted for reaching desired goals.
A check-in call is scheduled with a clinician twice monthly for our members to report their progress and for any additional support needed.
